Fitting period: You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a full refund, on all unworn/unwashed/unaltered items, purchased at regular price. (Coupon discounts are still considered regular price.)
Sale items are returnable for store credit, within the same time frame and condition above.
Free Return Shipping: Available on return requests submitted within 3 days from receipt of item, as well as exchanges.
Return/Exchange packages must be postmarked within 3 days, from return request.
Store credit is redeemable for up to 3 years.
Shipping for returned sale gowns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us if your return needs to be expedited due to event date.
Refunds and store credits will be given within 7-10 days of receiving returned item, upon approved inspection.
All sales are final for discounted gowns.
* All returned gowns must come back in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags and labeling still attached.
